FYI Philly: Please Touch Museum

The Please Touch Museum at Memorial Hall in Fairmount Park is a city institution, made right here in Philly in 1976. Now 40 years later they are celebrating a milestone birthday and as Erin O'Hearn found out they are bigger, better and still giving the kids free reign.
