Police: Suspects use skimming device at Bustleton bank

Philadelphia police are searching for suspects wanted in a skimming operation in Bustleton.

Police were called around 2 p.m. Wednesday to a bank on the 9300 block of Krewstown Road.

They say the suspects placed a pin camera on the ATM outside the bank.

A technician who was called to the bank to repair a light bulb discovered the device.

He notified the bank.

Police recovered one pin recording camera with SIM card. No card reading device was found.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts or identity of the suspects should call Major Crimes Unit at 215-686-3396/3397, or call 911.
