Driver hurt in Parkside crash

PARKSIDE (WPVI) -- An overnight crash left a driver seriously injured in the Parkside section of Philadelphia.

It happened on North 44th Street near Haverford Avenue at 12:30am Wednesday.

Police tell Action News the driver was speeding and slammed into a concrete wall.

He was rushed to an area hospital in serious but stable condition.
