Man shot and killed in Tioga-Nicetown

TIOGA-NICETOWN (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating the murder of a man in the Tioga-Nicetown neighborhood.

It happened around 10:30 a.m. Friday on the 3800 block of North 18th Street.

Police discovered the 34-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to his chest and chin.

Officers say he died at the scene.

Police are searching for the gunman.
