Recycling the Christmas tree

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Now that the holiday season is over it's time to think about getting rid of your Christmas tree.

Philadelphia residents can begin recycling their trees now through Saturday January 14th.

You can drop off your tree at any of the Streets Department Sanitation Convenience Centers.

Trees placed along the curb will be picked up on regular trash days.
