Officials say more than one dozen residents were displaced after flames broke out at an apartment in Philadelphia's Tioga-Nicetown section.

TIOGA-NICETOWN (WPVI) -- Officials say more than one dozen residents were displaced after flames broke out in Philadelphia's Tioga-Nicetown section.

It happened around 3:30 Saturday afternoon in the 3800 block of North 15th Street.

Crews reported smoke coming from the second and third floors of the building.

No one was injured but the Red Cross is assisting 20 people who were displaced.

The fire was brought under control within 20 minutes.

The cause is under investigation.
