Poles topple mysteriously down California highway

SACREMENTO, Ca. (WPVI) -- A mysterious accident is caught on dash cam video, and is under investigation in Sacramento, California.

A power pole toppled over Thursday, sending another pole and its power lines on top of a truck and several cars trapping three people.

First responders had to wait for the power company to shut down the power before the people were safely removed.

Strong winds and heavy rains this past week may have softened the soil there.
