Teen shot, wounded in Kensington; suspect in custody

KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating after a 19-year-old was shot and wounded in Kensington.

It happened Friday afternoon at Amber and Monmouth streets.

Police took the teen to Episcopal Hospital where they are listed in stable condition.

A suspect has been taken into custody.
