2 rescued from burning home in Pleasantville
Investigators are trying to determine what sparked an early morning house fire that injured two people in Pleasantville.

PLEASANTVILLE, N.J. (WPVI) -- Investigators are trying to determine what sparked an early morning house fire that injured two people in Pleasantville.

It broke out after 6:30 a.m. Monday in the 1500 block of 6th Avenue.

Firefighters arrived to find flames shooting through the roof.

Two people had to be rescued from the home. Both were treated for smoke inhalation.

An adjoining townhouse sustained fire and smoke damage.
