BRYN MAWR, Pa. (WPVI) -- Trust the real estate listing.

Sam Hinkie, the former general manager of the Philadelphia 76ers, stepped down last year from his role after almost three seasons with the team.

Now, Hinkie is not just moving on from his 76ers days, he may be moving away.

Hinkie has put his Bryn Mawr, Lower Merion Township home on the market. The asking price is $3,100,000.

According to the listing, the 19th century stable is on a 0.64 acre lot. The home, located on a private cul-de-sac, overlooks 25 acres of the Harriton Farm Preservation.

It has 8,453 square feet of living space, three floor-to-ceiling fireplaces, a custom library, and a mudroom.

The home is listed by Catherine Maude, BHHS Fox & Roach-Rosemont.

Hinkie's approach to running the 76ers was dubbed "Trust The Process" by his defenders and "Tankadelphia" by critics.

He was hired in 2013 after a stint as executive vice president of basketball operations for the Houston Rockets.

He made sweeping changes from the start, trading All-Star Jrue Holiday on his first draft night and later traded Michael Carter-Williams only a half season after he was the NBA rookie of the year.

Hinkie drafted or traded for injury-prone big men Nerlens Noel and Joel Embiid. Noel sat out a season. Embiid, drafted No. 3 in the 2014 draft, played his first game this current season.

The 76ers won only 10 games in the 2015-2016 season.

This season, with Noel, Embiid, Jahlil Okafor, Dario Saric, Sergio Rodriguez, T.J. McConnell and others boosting points and fan interest, the 76ers have seen a change.

In fact, the team finished January 2017 with a record of 10-5.

It was their best month since November 2012.

And now, you have the chance to watch the 76ers at the home where the process all began.
