KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- A grieving woman is desperate to find her fiancé's killer and is seeking the public's help.

"He was outgoing, funny and he was caring. He always looked out for anyone, and anyone who knew him, who truly knew him, loved him," said Letichia, fiancé.

In 2013, Javier Conde aka Naji and his fiancé Letichia, who didn't want us to use her last name, were expecting their first child.

"We had just found out what we were having the same week he had passed on, and we were having what he wanted, which was a girl," said Letichia.

Sadly he wouldn't live to see his daughter.

"On that day, he went to a fight in Atlantic City. I got a call from him and he said he was on his way back home," said Letichia.

On Oct. 27, 2013, the 39-year-old was headed back to Philadelphia from Atlantic City.

Back in town, he stopped with friends at the Liquid Room bar at 2nd and Masters streets in the city's Kensington section.

The trio left just before 2 a.m.

"As soon as they pulled off, that's when the shots started," said Letichia.

Conde was shot multiple times and died at the scene.

"They tore my family apart and I just want them to come forward," said Letichia.

The City of Philadelphia is offering up to $20,000 as a reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible.

Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling 215-546-TIPS.

"I just want closure not only for myself, but for my daughter and the people who love him," said Letichia.
