Happy couples, healthier life
Research shows having a happy partner can also help you live a healthier life.

We've all heard the expression "happy wife, happy life."

But research shows having a happy partner can also help you live a healthier life.

They followed about 2,000 married couples.

Those who reported happiness also said they felt healthier.

Experts say it's probably not the marriage that makes the difference, but having the support.

Having a close relationship can help lower stress and if your partner or friends have healthy habits, such as eating healthy and being active, you're more likely to also have healthy habits.

So the key is having close relationships, especially with positive people.
