Rick Williams, Ducis Rodgers named "Living Legends" by City Council

Our own Rick Williams and Ducis Rodgers won terrific, much deserved honors Thursday.
The Philadelphia City council named them s among its 2017 "Living Legends," as part of Black History Month.
The Council awarded several honorees with a commendation at their weekly meeting at City Hall.
