CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney took center stage Thursday night at the 2017 Solas Awards.
The event is hosted by the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians.
The awards recognize those who work to improve the quality of life for immigrant communities.
