Freight train crashes into car in Tioga-Nicetown

TIOGA-NICETOWN (WPVI) -- Investigators are still trying to figure out why a car was in the path of a freight train.

Nobody was hurt in this head-on crash on Friday morning in Philadelphia's Tioga-Nicetown section.

Officials believe the car got stuck on the snow-covered tracks on the 3400 block of Westmoreland Street.

The car was damaged, but the train was not.
