Investigation into violent home invasion in Atlantic Co.

HAMILTON TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Police in Hamilton Township, Atlantic County, are piecing together a home invasion that left a man injured.

Police say just before 2:30 Saturday morning at a home in Merion Court three masked men, armed with handguns, burst into the house.

The men bound a man and a woman, pistol-whipping the man.

The men then got away with jewelry and several handguns.

A 14-year-old was in the home at the time, but was not injured.
