TIOGA-NICETOWN (WPVI) -- Two men have been arrested for the shooting death of a 13-year-old boy in the Tioga-Nicetown section of Philadelphia.

The man accused of pulling the trigger, 19-year-old Tymear Johnson, of the 1800 block of W. Hunting Park Avenue, was arrested on Sunday.

The other suspect, 18-year-old Christopher T. Southerland, also of the 1800 block of W. Hunting Park Avenue, was arrested on March 22.

Both are charged with murder and related offenses in the March 10 shooting of Khisser Davis-Papther inside a Chinese takeout restaurant in the 2000 block of Hunting Park Avenue.

Davis-Papther was taken to the hospital, but died on March 19.

Police say an argument was the motive for the shooting.
