Baseball season is back in full swing.
And when you visit the park this season, your healthy habits can also stay in play.
It's not all hot dogs and nachos. There are plenty of healthy options.
But for most, you'll have to get up, and go for a walk.
You can find veggie and chicken tacos or wraps - also turkey or black bean burgers.
Peanuts are also a good snack. Make sure to stay hydrated with water.
And don't wait until the 7th inning to stretch!
"One of the really important things is to not sit down for the whole game because it's really easy to sit and drink beer or whatever else," Dr. Michael Roizen said.
Of course, a treat every now and then is fine, just try not to derail your healthy diet every time you go see a game.
