Ambulance carrying patient struck in Cherry Hill

CHERRY HILL, N.J. (WPVI) -- An ambulance carrying a patient was involved in a crash in Cherry Hill, New Jersey Tuesday morning.

It happened around 10:20 a.m. at the intersection of Chapel Avenue and Haddonfield Road.

The ambulance was struck by an SUV on the passenger side.

Three more ambulances were called to the scene.

Medics transferred the patient who was inside the damaged ambulance to another one.

There have no reports of injuries.

The crash caused traffic delays around the intersection.
