Driver loses control, hits parked cars in Upper Darby

UPPER DARBY, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police say a driver lost control in Upper Darby early Monday, hitting parked cars and then overturning.

It happened at 5:30 a.m. in the 2200 block of Manor Avenue in Upper Darby.

Police say the driver was able to get out of the vehicle without assistance.

Medics evaluated that person at the scene as crews worked to clear the wreckage.

There was no immediate word what caused the driver to lose control.
