What's the Deal: iPhone tips and tricks
If you love your iPhone, you should know it's been keeping some secrets from you.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- If you love your iPhone, you should know it's been keeping some secrets from you.

A website called Diply exposed from tricks you may not know your smartphone is capable of.

First, did you know that if you make a mistake, like delete an email or make a typing mistake, you can shake it like an etch a sketch and start fresh.

You can set a sleep timer for your music, which is perfect for anyone who likes to fall asleep to some tunes, but doesn't want them playing all night. This can be done through the clock app.

You can also create your own custom vibration pattern so it buzzes differently for different contacts or notifications. You can set those in the ringtones setting.

Did you know you can use your iPhone as a level? It's in the compass app, just swipe left

And you know your phone is capable of making emergency calls, but you can customize it to call your personal healthcare provider.

Just fill out the form under the Health app, but know that this info is all accessible without having to unlock the phone. It's great for an emergency, but easy for someone else to see.

If you're in a crowded or dark space waiting for a call, you can create flashing alerts that shine through the camera's flash. That's found under accessibility in general settings.
