ELK TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Two men have been arrested for the murder of a man, officials say they knew in Elk Township, New Jersey.

Gloucester County Prosecutor Sean Dalton announced the charges Tuesday against Thomas Bergholz and Lawrance Borher.

It's alleged that on March 10th, the two suspects bound 58-year-old Michael Fazzio's hands and feet and robbed him in his home.

He was found dead the next day by a family member.

His cause of death was ruled to be from asphyxia, which happens when the body is deprived of oxygen.

Fazzio's daughter spoke about her Dad Tuesday.

"I remember my last conversation with my dad, less than two weeks before he died. And that phone would ring, and his name would pop up. And I never wanted to answer it, because he would go on and on and talk. But I remember hanging up, and saying, I love you dad. His last words were, I love you more. And I will always remember that. He will be missed, greatly missed," said Stephanie Fazzio.

Officials say Bergholz and Borher were acquaintances of Fazzio.
