VIDEO: Penn's Landing Vietnam memorial vandalized

PENN'S LANDING (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are looking for two people after the vandalism of the Vietnam memorial at Penn's Landing.

The video shows the crime happening on April 23.

Surveillance video shows a man spray painting the memorial.

A band's name was stenciled there in at least eight places.

A woman is also seen with that man in the video. Both people are labeled suspects.

Police want to hear from you if you can help identify them.
