2 homes damaged in fast-moving fire in Penns Grove

PENNS GROVE, N.J. (WPVI) -- Flames tore through one home and spread to another in Penns Grove, New Jersey.

It happened around 5:30 p.m. in the unit block of Delaware Avenue.

Arriving crews were met with heavy flames coming from the first floor.

The fire spread to a second house on the block.

It took crews nearly two hours to bring the fire under control.

Fortunately no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
