Two people were injured when a box truck got stuck beneath an overpass in Stanton, Delaware.

STANTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Two people were injured when a box truck got stuck beneath an overpass in Stanton, Delaware.

It happened around 6:00 p.m. Wednesday along the 700 block of Stanton-Christiana Road.

The driver of a Simply Solar of Maryland truck managed to get the cab through the overpass but the box section wasn't able to fit.

The truck got stuck beneath the overpass with the front wheels coming off the ground.

Two people were taken to Christiana Hospital for treatment.

Their injuries appear to be non-life threatening.
