PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Two Philadelphia police officers made the cover of TIME magazine this week.

The story is "What it's like to be a cop in America: One year after Ferguson," referring to the deadly shooting in Ferguson, Missouri that left a black man, Michael Brown, dead by a white police officer.

19th District Police Officers Sean Devlin, 35, and his partner Mischel Matos, 38, say they definitely face more scrutiny than ever.

They point out that every move they make in analyzed, and every arrest is recorded.

However, they say they still enjoy their work, even in tough neighborhoods.

There are 680,000 police in the United States.
