20-year-old shot dead in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating the deadly shooting of a 20-year-old man in North Philadelphia.

It happened around 3:45 p.m. Monday on the 2200 block of Cecil B. Moore Avenue.

Police say someone opened fire and struck the 20-year-old in the head.

Police rushed the victim to Hahnemann University Hospital where he died.

No arrests have been made.
