NEWARK, Del. (WPVI) -- A woman was killed and six other people were injured after a head-on crash late Thursday night in Newark, Delaware.
The crash happened on the 2700 block of Frazier Road just after 11:30 p.m.
Police say a Saturn was occupied by a 24-year-old male driver, a 59-year-old woman, and a 25-year-old woman.
The occupants of the other vehicle, a Hyundai, were an 18-year-old female driver, an 18-year-old woman, a 16-year-old girl, and a 17-year-old boy.
The 59-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The other six people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
