KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police have released surveillance video of the two suspects wanted for a shooting in the Kensington section that left a man and his young child injured.

This comes as the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 5 announced a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in this case.

Gunfire erupted around 9:15 p.m. Friday in the 3300 block of Malta Street.

In the video, the two male suspects are seen riding bicycles past a surveillance camera around the time of the shooting.

Investigators say the suspects rode up to the victims on bicycles and said "This is our block," then began shooting. A 25-year-old man was hit in the right knee, while his 1-year-old son was hit multiple times.

After the shooting both suspects fled and were last seen south on Malta Street towards Westmoreland Street.

Both father and son were last reported to be hospitalized in stable condition.

The suspects were described as:

Suspect 1: Black male in his 20's, 6'3" tall, 220 lbs with braids. He was wearing a black shirt and was riding a bicycle with a duffle/book bag.

Suspect 2: Black male in his 20's, 5'11" tall. He was wearing a light shirt and riding a bicycle.

Donata Johnson, the mother of 1-year-old Price Johnson, talked to Action News over the weekend.

Mother of toddler shot in Kensington makes emotional appeal. Walter Perez reports during Action News at 6 p.m. on May 21, 2017.

"I want someone to get these guys who did this to my little boy. He is my everything. He is my only child," she said.

Witnesses said the shooters could clearly see a child was on the porch with his father and didn't care.

"They knew that they were shooting at him," said one neighbor who did not want to be identified. "The little boy, according to my son, was in plain sight."

Anyone with information is asked to contact Philadelphia police at 215.686.TIPS (8477) or text a tip to PPD TIP or 773847.
