"Hammer of Glory" relay and tap opening

FOX CHASE (WPVI) -- Philly beer week kicked off Thursday, the 10th anniversary for the event.

There's a lot on tap over the next 10 days.

The so-called "Hammer of Glory" relay took place in Fox Chase as part of a bar crawl.

From there, this group boarded a double-decker bus and spent the day visiting popular pubs and taverns around the city.

The ceremonial opening tap kicks off at 7pm.
