Gunfire leaves man wounded in Norristown, Pa.

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- A barrage of bullets injured one man and damaged a vehicle in Norristown, Montgomery County.

Police say more than 30 shots were fired on the 1000 block of Powell Street at 12 a.m. Tuesday.

The back window of an SUV was completely shot out.

The victim was airlifted to an area hospital.

There was no immediate word on his condition.

Police have not made any arrests.
