Teen critical after shooting in Tioga

TIOGA (WPVI) -- An 18-year-old man is hospitalized in critical condition after being shot in the Tioga section of Philadelphia.

Police say the victim was walking out of an alley at 13th and Butler streets around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday when someone opened fire.

He was hit twice and rushed to an area hospital.

So far there have been no arrests.
