SPRINGFIELD, Pa. (WPVI) -- Two home invasion robbery suspects led police on a chase in Delaware County that ended in a foot pursuit on the campus of Swarthmore College.

The two male suspects were wanted for a robbery on the 400 block of Thompson Avenue in Springfield.

Police saw the suspects' vehicle, a silver Mazda, moving in a suspicious manner along Baltimore Avenue.

Authorities gave chase.

The chase ended around 2:30 p.m. Thursday when the driver crashed at the entrance of Swarthmore College at College Avenue and Cedar Lane.

The two suspects fled the vehicle and ran onto the campus.

However, both were apprehended a short time later. One was found by police in front of the college bookstore.
