GERMANTOWN (WPVI) -- Police have identified the man who was shot and killed early Wednesday morning in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.

Timothy Michael, 20, was found around 2 a.m. Wednesday lying between two parked cars on the 300 block of West Seymour Street.

Officers rushed him to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

There have been no arrests.
