REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (WPVI) -- A Delaware woman is accused of driving under the influence with her toddler in the car.
Kristol Zimmerman was arrested Sunday after a collision police say she caused in Rehoboth Beach.
Officers found her 2-year-old son in the back seat after the 37-year-old crashed her Nissan into the back of another car on Coastal Highway.
Upon failing a field sobriety test, Zimmerman was booked on charges of DUI and endangering the welfare of a child.
Her son was not injured.
