MALVERN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Pennsylvania State Police detective and forensic units arrived early Thursday morning armed with a sealed search warrant at the home of a missing Malvern woman.

Anna Maciejewska shared the home with her husband and now 4-year-old son.

Police were initially allowed in the house when Anna was reported missing in April, but apparently since then Anna's husband, who has hired an attorney, has not voluntarily allowed entry.

He has not spoken publicly about his missing wife nor has he been part of an effort by Anna's friends, who have maintained a social media site and handed out missing posters.

Police have made requests to the public for any information about the missing woman as well as her blue Audi which was discovered in May parked a few miles from the home.

Those alarmed by her absence say the idea she would have voluntarily left her son, and cut off all contact with her family in her native Poland, is unthinkable.

Her brother-in-law who traveled from Europe earlier this year told us then that Anna was predictable, organized, and not prone to doing anything rash.
