Doing these three things could help prevent dementia

It has yet to be proven, but there is some evidence showing three things can help protect your brain from dementia: Education, keeping your blood pressure in check and staying connected socially.

Researchers say ensuring education around the globe could reduce dementia cases by eight percent. And doing all three steps could help prevent one in three cases of dementia.

It hasn't been scientifically proven as of yet, but we know these things help improve overall health and this could be an added benefit.
