NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Hazmat and PennDOT crews were called to a diesel fuel spill in Northeast Philadelphia.
Crews tell Action News the diesel fuel tanks on a tractor trailer ruptured on Woodhaven Road around 3 a.m. Saturday.
Investigators say a smaller truck hit the big rig's saddle tanks.
They say about 90 gallons of diesel fuel spilled onto the roadway and nearby a sewer drain.
