Man shot and killed in Southwest Philadelphia identified

SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police have identified a man shot and killed Monday afternoon in Southwest Philadelphia.

Anthony Reaves, 41, of the 4000 block of Woodworth Road in Brookhaven, Pa., was found shot multiple times inside a vehicle.

Police made the discovery in the 7900 block of Lindbergh Boulevard after a call came in at 2:55 p.m.

Medics took Reaves to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead about half an hour later.

Investigators are working to determine who shot Reaves and why.
