PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia Eagles took the field Tuesday for a couple sessions of live tackling.

Head Coach Doug Peterson wants a tough physical training camp. He feels it will pay off during the regular season.

But he also reminded everyone to be careful and hit high. He did not want to have anyone to get hurt.

Eagles defensive end Brandon Graham says it feels good to hit and tackle again.

"It's very important you focus in and you get a couple hits under your belt, because once you get there at the game, the bullets are flying fast and you want to get over the soreness of actually hitting someone. Today was pretty good," Graham said.

"Well, I don't get hit. I think the biggest thing is for some of the young guys, if it's been awhile since they've gotten hit, gotten used to that contact. I think it's good to build some of that competitiveness, as well," Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz said.

Wentz also spoke about the Andersons who were crying over the quarterback a few days ago.

North Dakota fans travel to Philly to see Carson Wentz. Jeff Skversky reports during Action News at 4pm on July 28, 2017.

The family from North Dakota got very emotional seeing their favorite player and it caught his attention

Wentz saw the video of the family crying on Action News, a video that also went viral.

"It's really cool. Just to know I have that support. Obviously in Philly, the fan support here is unbelievable. But knowing that fan support extends back home, the same fans I've had since I was even a kid in college at North Dakota State, seeing how much passion they still have and how much they've followed me, it's definitely humbling. But it's also really cool to recognize that I have that influence. I'm very fortunate," Wentz said.

Speaking of fans, one showed up to Eagles practice wearing a Cowboys jersey.

He was told to remove it.
