Philadelphia police show off new explosive detection dogs: Brian Taff reports during Action News at 4:30 p.m. on August 7, 2017. (WPVI)

Two new officers will soon be joining the Philadelphia police department.

That fact, alone, might not normally make the news, but these recruits are adorable.

The police department tweeted out a photo of their new explosive detection dogs Monday, saying "No one likes Mondays, but everyone loves puppies."

Ralph, the lighter of the two, and George are currently living with a police officer while they go through training.

The department hasn't said when the K9s will be ready for paw patrol, but we can guarantee they'll be a hit when they hit the streets.
