House fans giveaway

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- City council president Darrell Clarke and Walmart are helping folks stay cool this summer.

They handed out free fans to seniors at five locations in the city Tuesday.

The Action Cam was at Martin Luther King Older Adult Center in North Philadelphia as the donations were distributed.

This is the 12th consecutive year that Clarke and Walmart have held the event.

In all, more than six thousand fans have been donated.
