Little League Mid Atlantic Regional Champs depart

PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (WPVI) -- They are the hottest baseball team in South Jersey and now the young teens are off to play for a spot in the championship game.

The Atlantic Shore team gathered Tuesday morning at Philadelphia international Airport.

They're en route to Arkansas for the Babe Ruth 13 year old World Series.

Their first game is Friday against Ohio Valley.

The team is made up of young boys from jersey shore communities and just last week they clinched the title of Mid Atlantic Regional Champs.

We wish them the best in their quest now for a National Championship.
