Suspect arrested in 7-Eleven stabbing in Center City

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A 47-year-old homeless man has been arrested for allegedly slashing a clerk inside a Center City 7-Eleven.

Police say Nathan Hack is the man seen pulling a knife on a cashier at 13th and Market streets early last Sunday morning.

Hack reportedly stabbed the worker several times after asking for cigarettes.

The victim is now recovering.

Hack is facing a number of charges, including aggravated assault and robbery.
