6 hurt in pileup on Route 30 in Atlantic City, N.J.

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police in Atlantic City were on the scene of a six-vehicle pileup overnight.

It happened in the westbound lanes of Route 30 just after 11:30 p.m. Thursday.

Video from the Action Cam showed several sedans with significant damage.

Action News is told six people were hurt.

There was no immediate word on the extent of those injuries.

Route 30 was blocked at the scene as police investigated and crews worked to remove the damaged vehicles.
