Person shot in Delaware County supermarket parking lot

NETHER PROVIDENCE, Pa. (WPVI) -- Delaware County authorities are investigating a shooting Sunday night in Nether Providence Township.

The incident happened around 8:30 p.m. on the 500 block of East Baltimore Pike in a supermarket parking lot.

The unidentified victim was reportedly shot in the shoulder.

That person was taken to a nearby hospital.

There is no immediate word on the victim's condition.
