PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Monday marked the 16th anniversary of September 11th attacks that killed nearly 3,000 people.

Communities around the region paused to reflect on that terrible day.

Nine people from Lower Makefield, Bucks County lost their lives in the attacks. Action News reporter Dann Cuellar was there Monday night as they remembered those who were lost. You can watch his report in the video above.

Action News reporter John Rawlins was there as police and firefighters marched to the Betsy Ross House. He also spoke with ROTC cadets who weren't yet born when the attacks happened.
