CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Philadelphia charter school students got to spend the day Tuesday learning at the Franklin Institute.
The kids from Reach Cyber Charter School had a fun-filled day in classrooms at the museum designed to develop their STEM skills.
STEM stands for science, technology, engineering and math.
Tuesday, the children got to build their own solar-powered car models, experiment with magnetic trains and conduct center of gravity experiments.
They also got to explore the exhibits too.
