Police cruiser and vehicle collide in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A police cruiser and a civilian vehicle collided at an intersection in North Philadelphia early Tuesday morning.

It happened around 12:30 a.m. at North 15th Street and West Lehigh Avenue.

Fortunately, there were no serious injuries to the officers and the occupants in the other vehicle.

There is no immediate word on what caused the vehicles to crash.
