Amber Alert issued for missing 3-year-old near Dallas

RICHARDSON, Texas -- Police in North Texas have issued an Amber Alert for a missing 3-year-old.

Sherin Mathews was last seen in the 900 block of Sunningdale in Richardson, a Dallas suburb, around 3 a.m. Saturday. She was wearing a pink top and black pajama bottoms.

Mathews is three feet tall and weighs 22 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair.

Authorities believe she is in immediate danger. Anybody with information about her whereabouts should contact the Richardson Police Department at 972-744-4801.
